The Cherry Blossom Girl

All images from The Cherry Blossom Girl

I found this great blog called the The Cherry Blossom Girl. I don't know if you have heard of it already but I just stumbled upon it and it is pure magic! I have had so much fun poking around her site & I hope you do too!

She posts mostly about fashion and accessories, but also about Paris, travel, shopping, and decor. It's just fun!
Her images are enchanting, sometimes you may find a photo or two that may have mildy disturbing images but is all very artistic (just a warning, just in case). For the most part the images are very artsy and just wonderful as you can see here.

Her love of fashion is contagious! Her finds scrumptious!

You will find a lot of whimsy and fantasy here!

Winter in Paris!

I'm infatuated with this wallpaper! I love birdcages! The colors are fantastic!

I love all of her shoes! She's a girl after my own heart!

Her images of Paris in the Christmas season are stunning!
I had an entirely different post in mind today, however, I spent so much time at her blog that I have squandered all of my (very little) time today! I will postpone my intended post until tomorrow (it's a good one) and leave you with this eye candy for now! Have a lovely evening and...

So many Choices!

So, for today I couldn't decide between two choice pieces of real estate for us to visit. Both spectacular in their own right. I think the second one is very much my favorite! I don't think I have any complaints about either one!
This bedroom is fit for royalty! So very pretty!

Sumptuous corner piano niche on the Champ de Mars with incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. Exquisitely decorated by Jacques Garcia, this home features a grand reception room with exceptional vistas, a dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom with a bathroom, and a magnificent master suite with a walk-in closet and bathroom. Wonderful condition. Elegant and refined decoration. Air-conditioned

Look at the view from the window! This is all too much for me!

I know I'm a little bit crazy but a pretty bathroom for me could very well be the selling point to make up my mind! I love this!

That silk curtain hanging in the doorway is just stunning, I'm going to have to try to copy this look at my home.
Okay, here is our second option which I think is a bit more what I am looking for (oh, who am I kidding, I'll sleep in the metro station if it means I'm sleeping in Paris)!

Could you just imagine all of us meeting right here for our vacation! I think I'm beginning to be serious about this! I know times are hard right now but we can all look forward to better & brighter times!

I'm a sucker for those beautiful walls! Like a mini Versailles. Those windows! *Sigh*

Rue de Verneuil. In an exceptional building, this is a rare reception apartment in use as a private residence. The courtyard features a private entrance with a grand staircase to the piano area, a hall, a reception room, and a dining room with a four-meter ceiling height. Four bedrooms and a living room. On the ground floor, a huge dining kitchen, a pantry, and a fifth bedroom are found. All of these open to a private garden courtyard. Original fireplaces, parquet floors, and wood panelling

Those doors are spectacular! I don't love the carpet but we can make it work!

Sold! How pretty is this! I have issues, why is it that this image could make my day a little better!?! I'm in awe of the beauty.

Wowzers!

Friday's Find!

Okay, so this is not technically an apartment, but who cares!!! It's a grand private residence and I'm moving in! (In my dreams, of course)! Enjoy!

I do not cook, but I'll clean up after whoever likes to cook, or if you like, we can just hit the town!

I love the "Bonne Nuit" pillow

You just can't go wrong with marble in the bath

This is my absolute favorite room. It is breathtaking! I can sleep in here! :) I do think that we'll have a little bit of redecorating to do. We can hit the fleas and the antique shops! Yippee! I can't wait.
Definitely the dining room & the study are in need of a makeover.
